I call this nail art Ice Queen. The accent nail painted white and is front and center in this design. The tip is topped with silver glitter polish (like a French manicure) and once dry it is embellished with 3 Swarovski crystals and sealed with a top coat. I painted the remaining nails a lovely coraly-pink from Zoya.
